To celebrate the launch of the Barclaycard Freedom credit card, customers will be able to get double points using their card with partner firms.
Big name brands such as npower, Shell and Pizza Express will participate in the Reward Money initiative, which Barclaycard described as "one of the broadest reward schemes in the UK".
Under the scheme, consumers can earn two per cent on most transactions until May 17th.
In order to qualify for the Reward Money scheme, cardholders need to log in or register for using the existing online account servicing site.
Sarah Newman, managing director of Barclaycard Freedom, said: "It's great to see that customers are already reaping the rewards of our Barclaycard Freedom retailer coalition.
"With double Reward Money on offer until mid-May, the Easter break has been the perfect opportunity for people to earn extra."
Meanwhile, Sainsbury's last week introduced two new credit cards targeted at shoppers looking for rewards.
The Sainsbury's Nectar Credit Card offers customers double Nectar points on shopping and petrol for two years.
