Credit card users have been alerted to a new credit card deal on offer from The Royal Bank of Scotland.
From today, the financial services provider is offering new credit card customers the opportunity to get zero per cent interest on balance transfers for the first 13 months.
At the same time, balance transfer fees will be held at two per cent, prospective credit card applicants may be interested to learn.
Applicants will also be entitled to a discount on lending rates if they open up a banking account with the organisation.
While general credit card customers will be quoted lending rates of 13.9 per cent annual percentage rate, this falls to 12.9 per cent for people who have a current account with The Royal Bank of Scotland.
This latest credit card offering comes soon after rival financial services provider Barclaycard also launched a credit card.
The credit card lender announced recently that it would be donating 50 per cent of profits from the new Breathe credit card to environmental projects across the globe that are working to cut carbon emissions.
